Cold and changeable weather has ruled. Stormy conditions, with rain and hail showers, were experienced in. many parts during Tuesday nijht. High eouth-weat winds have predominated, and atmospheric pressure has increased, but is st£l .considerably below normal over the Dominion. Preeent indications are for strong southerly winds, and the barometer rising fast everywhere soon. Cold, squally, a r d showery weather is probable generally with/dnow on the higher levels.
