SUMMARY AND FORECAST. A westerly etorm area, still rules, but the barometer has risen Biightly. High northwest to south-westerly winds have predominated, with squally and showery conditio .is generally, and enow and nail were reported in the South to-day. Present indications are for high and squally south-west winds, cold and stormy weather, rain ■ probable generally, snow in the youth, and o rising barometer everywhere. DOMINION WEATHER.
