Cable Associatiol) (Received July 15th, 8.35 p m ) WASHINGTON, July 13. it. r militar y advices state that the fall of Borat endangers Durazzo, one of the principal Austrian submarine bases in the Adriatic. if the Italians cross the Skumbi, they will be within striking distance of Durazzo, while simultaneously the French would be threatening Elbasan. It is expected that the German military leaders will rush reinforcements to Albania if they believe Durazzo to be endangered, as its capture would probably drive the Austrian Fleet into the Adriatic.
