I The "Globe," commenting on Mr Jjloyd Geotgo's address to the Amerinjr Cans, in which he said he did not want i, to dispossess Germany of her inheritance, asks: "Are the conquered colo- - pies to be treated as part of Germany's ' inheritance? If so, we assure Mr Lloyd ..George that the Dominions will have something to say. If that is Mr Lloyd .-George's idea, we recommend him to i.'.geb in closer touch with national opinion."
