Je.'sio Downing was granted tion ordar i'roni Anthony Downing and '20s per week maintenance. REMANDED.'" Elizabeth fcophia Cullen was remanded until Wednesday next on a charge of forging tho namo. of M. A. Dunlca to an allotment warrant for £8 Bs. RESISTING MILITARY POLICE. Peter Norman Rowe, for whom Mr Alpers appeared, pleaded not guilty to charges "of using insulting language whereby a breach of the peace may have Ix'en occasioned, using indecent' langungo, and :u«aulting Edmond Harry Lister, a mambor of the military pclicc. Th« charges of insulting and inaccent language were dismissed, but on tho charge of resisting the police accused was fined 40s, in default cno month's imprisonment.
