Admiral SimSj speaking at an Angloi Saxon meeting, emphasised the naval friendship between America and Britain. America, he said, had at present in European waters 250 vessels, 3000 officers, and 40,000 men, serving from the White Sea to thd Adriatic. During the coming year over three times the present number of destroyers would be fighting for the while over 150 submarine chasers would soon be doing duty in tbd war one-half of which were already there.-
