WELLINGTON, July 5. The Defence Commission's report is now being printed. It will be printed like tile Budget, arid copies forwarded under sesri to postmasters, with directions ro hand *hem to.the newspapers on a given day.
It is understood that the report is an extremely bulky document, which would not readily lend itself to telegraphing, and this plan will relieve the Toh graph Office of' a iarge amount of work.
