CASUALTIES.

A nasty motor accident occurred on the Riccarton road yesterday morning, the car concerned belonging to Mr Mee, of Aylesbury. Mr Mee vras at tlie wheel, Mrs and Miss Mee also being occupants of the car. The accident occurred near Clyde road, and was caused through the breaking of the steering gear. The car ran on to the footpath, and then backed against a post with such force as to hurl the occupants out of the car. Mr and Mrs Mee escaped with a sevcro shaking, but Miss Mee was rendered unconscious. _ Fortunately a motor waggon belonging to Beath and Co. happened to be passing, and in this Miss Mce was conveyed to a private hospital.
