SUMMARY AXD FORECAST. Moderate to strong south-west winds nave predominated, end the weather has been unsettled at times, with, scattered showers. .High atmospheric pressure has ruled in the North. Present indications are for moderate to strong west to south-west winds,_ changeable weather generally, with showers in the West Coast southernmost districts, and the barometer unsteady with a rising tendency.
