(PRESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March 14. In tho Supreme Court judgment was given in a case in which the Public Trustee as administrator of tho estate of Luke Jackson Torrens, labourer, la to of Ohakune, claimed from his Majesty the King £260 as compensation. Torrens died as a result of an accident suffered while in the cmplcv of the Public Works Department, and left a widow. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £12-5.
