The Military Governor at Mukden is moving troops to Taku, hoping to restore the Manchus. China is now divided into four sections, the South demanding the reassembling of Parliament, the Middle seeking a compromise with the North and desiring to fight the South, and Manchu supporting the monarchy. SPANISH CABINET RECONSTITUTED. (Reuter's Telegrams.) MADRID, March 11. Cabinet has been re-constituted as before. PARTY LEADERS CONFERRING. (Renter's Telegrams.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) OTTAWA, March 11. Sir Robert Borden. Canadian Premier, has cabled Mr W. M. Hughes and Mr W. F. Massey the thanks of Canada on receipt of Australian and New Zealand gifts towards the Halifax Relief Fund. PORTUGUESE GOVERNMENT • RESIGNS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received March 12th, 7.15 p.m.) LISBON, March 11. Owing to differences over the Presidential and Parliamentary elections, the Government has resigned. Senor Paes haa formed a new Cabinet.
