The weather hae been changeable with clouded skies and southerly breezes predominating. Little change in atmospheric pressure has taken place since Saturday. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds and cool and changeable weather, with scattered showers, especially in the northern and southernmost districts. The barometer is unsteady ' with a rising tendency.
