MEETINGS PROHIBITED. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and N. 2. Cabl© Association.) LONDON, March 8. Meetings and processions in Dublin have been prohibited between March 16th. and March 27th. HUNGER-STRIKING CONSPIRACY. ("The Times.") DUBLIN, March 8. Mr H. E. Duke (Sccrctary for Ireland) has informed the Lord Mayor that a conspiracy is afloat to subvert all law in Ireland by hunger-striking. The Government, Mr Duke added, did not intend to release any cases.
