o EDUCATION OF APPRENTICES. The attention of M r J. A. Frostick (Canterbury Commissioner on tho National Efficiency Board), was directed on Saturday to the,discussion at the meeting of tho Board of Governors of tho Technical College, on Friday night, on tho question of the education of apprentices, and of children who had left school, which wr.s raised by the chairman (Mr George Scott), in the coursc of the discussion Mr J. Black said that the Efficiency Board had a scheme m hand, and ho urged that tho matter b© held up until the Board's scheme was completed. , , • . Mr Frostick stated that tho subject "was on the agenda paper for the next meeting of the Board.
