General Pan has had a brilliant career in the field. Ho was Commandant of the 10th Army Corj;s at the outbreak of war, and later commanded the 20th Corps at N.incv. He is a member of the War Council, and holds the Grand Cross of the Lotion of Honour and the Mc'laiilc Miiitnire.
