At the Police Court this morning, Thomas Erancis Hall, who had been posing as a returned soldier and receiving alms, was convicted cf being an incorrigible rogue. He was sentenced to twjelve months' imprisonment and was ordered to bo detained for reformative treatment- for. a period not exceed- | ing three years. j
