The Government has published an official report covering an exhaustive examination of the Central Powers' food conditions. It shows that Turkey is actually starving, and Germany and Austria «*rs« suffering horrible privations. There are oeitcii in Bulgaria and Hungary. The Austrians and Germans f£*> -undergoing permanent physical deterioration because of lack of food. The death-rate is increasing alarmingly Youths and labourers aro only half nourished.
