GOLF.
« KAIAPOI CLUB. The t-cnth annual meeting of the Eaiapol Golf Club was held last evening, Mr S. Riii.aldi presiding. Tho annual report showed that tho various club competitions hud been well contested, resulting in an. enjoyable reason. During the year the sum of £S 14a 3d had been given to tho Rod Grose Fund. Tho balance-sheet showed:—Receipts £61 14s, expenses £56 1* | 2d. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr S. Rinaldi; vioo-proaident, Mj 'L. B. Evane; secretary and treasurer, Mx (x. Miller; Green Committee, Metiers T. Butcher and G. Templeton; Handicapping Committee, Mcostfs J. G. Yellowloes and G. Templeton; General Committee, Mflasro W. Fisher, F. Edwards, and A. I''. Koilinson; club captain, Mr F. Paxnham; Ladiofc' Committee, Mcsdamos T. Butcher and L. B Evans, and Mioa Lynekey. It was decided to open the season o March 30th.
