The Stato Department is informed that Germany has threatened that she will not give Holland any, more ship steel, unless Holland agrees that ships constructed thero shall be used in the interests of Germany for the duration of the war and five years thereafter. Germany has also informed Holland that she must send miners to Germany if she desires more than a certain allotment of coal. It is understood that Germany is using the same tactics to Denmark. TREATMENT OF NEUTRALS. AMSTERDAM, August 23. In tKo lteichstag.
