Clarke -was engaged to ride Varnish in the Easter Handicap, but now that Price has decided to start both Panmuro and Xystatl, Clarke, who is retained by the stable, will, of course, ride .Xystad. W. 801 l will have tho mount on the imported Panmure. As the Highden 6tablcs does not requiro Clarke's services in the Great Autumn, 3)e will be able to ride Varnish.
