PEICE FOR NEXT SEASON'S CROP.
Some misunderstanding having arisen as to the terms upon which the Government'will purchase next season's wheat . crop, and as to the price to bo paid, A the Hon. "W. D. S. Mac Donald, Minister of Agriculture, -wishes it to be distinctly understood that there is no minimum or maximum price, but that the Government's offer is a straight out one, of 5s lOd per bushel, f.o.b. On Thursday ©venine the Hon. W. IX S. Mac Donald spoke at the Drill " 'Hall, on the lines of his previous speeches. Mr F. Horrell pre- , sided over an . attendance of about 60 persons, and there were on the platform the : Hon. D. Buddo. M.P., and Mr G- W. Forbes, M.P.
