The 'annual report was read by the hon. secretary, Mrs Carey-Hill. The adoption of -the report was moved by Mrs_ Julius, seconded by Mrs Blunt, and carried. The date of the annual meeting of members was fixed for th« 17th inet. in the Art Gallery. Besides that, various collections and donations have been made for motor Christmas gifts for nurses and men in hospitals in Egypt, end to No. 1 New Zealand Stationary Hospital, During this year the work of tho Victoria League line steadily increased, as also have the subscriptions from tho branches for th© various funds. Clothing has also been sent to London for the orphans of soldiers and sailors, a great many garments having been forwarded.
