Batee, Government Meteorologist, supplied the following weather summary and forecast at 5 p.m. yesterday: — Dull and misty weather ha.s prevailed, and rain fallen in most parts of the DominionAtmospheric pressure is generally low, and has been unsteady. Moderate lo strong westerly winds have ruled. Present indications are for moderate t-o strong north-westerly to south-westerly winds, the weather cloudy and unsettled, with rain probable generally, the barometer i» unsteady; but rising temporarily everywhere soon.
