Tho Russiane have captured— 1 German steamer. The French have captured— 4 German steamers 2 Austrian eteamers. The Belgians have seized-— 34 German steamers 2 sailing ships 2 Austrian steamers. NEW YORK, August'l3. An officer of tho incoming steamer Bermudau confirms tho capture of tho German tank steamer Lcda, which was taken to Bermuda. This establishes the fact that the Kronprinz WilheJm was not captured:
