On Saturday the Spreydon Gun Club held an Open Invitation 10s Sparrow Match of 10 birds. Scores:— F. Pre-ece (21yds), 8 kills; W. R. Heney (2l"vds). 8 kills; E. Geo (21yds), 8; F. Truttpott (20yds), 8: R. Whitelaw, jun. (16yds), 8; H. Turner (21yds), 7; F. Turner (lGyda), 7; A. H. Free - (20vda), 6; H. Vale (21yds), 5: H. Avers (21yds), 5; G. Grocr (20yds). 5: J. Fuller (lfiyds), S. They were a very fast lot of birds, and the weather waa perfect. Mr G. Heaven was handicapper and refcroe.
