The choice of a steamer to carry out examination service on all vessels entering' Lyttelton Harbour has not "et been decided upon- A representative of "The Press." who interviewed Caplain Thorpe, harbourmaster, was informed that it was not yet decided whether the Cygnet or Monica, or both would be used. It was quite likely, he said, that the services of tho Harbour Board's tug Lyttelton would also be "required. It • was expected ...that final arrangements would .be made 1 by noon torday. .
