The. 1 Canadian-Pacific Company has not yet decided whether to attempt to raise the Empress of Ireland, though it announces that it is determined to recover the bodice, if such is. at all practicable. Memorial services have been planned throughout Canada on Sunday; Tho Salvation Army is prominent therein.
