THE PRIME MINISTER
4 POLICY SPEECH TO-NIGHT. Tho Right Hon. W. F. Massey, accompanied by his private secretaries, arrived in Christchurch last night from the south. Mr Massey will bo in town all day to-day, and will be prepared to receive deputations. In tho evening he will deliver a policy speech in the King's Theatre. To-morrow night Mr Massey will leave for Wellington. ISo far no public deputations have been notified for to-day, but the Mayor will see Mr IMassey privately on the matter of tho Provincial Council site.
