TRANSFERS OF INSPECTORS. (rr.ESS ASSOCIATION" TXIKCBAM.) \VELLINGTON 3 June 1. Several transfers of inspectors of factories aro to bo made by the Labour Department shortly in order to tnl three vacancies which, recently occurred. Tho positions to be failed are '.hoso of inspector iv charge of Welling- , ton City, oincer in ciuuge of Cliristtchurch brancu, and £oc-onu inspector at Ooiistchuich.
The position of inspector in charge at Wellington will be tilled Dy the pio-.no-tion or 31r H. Moston, inspector at Wanganui, whose place will be taken by Mr K. boiins, inspector at Auckland". The vacancy caused by .Mr Gohns'a transfer will be tii'ed by the appointment of a new inspector. The position of officer in charge at (Jhristcfcurch is being filled by ?h* promotion of the present Invercargill inspector, Mr H. B. Bower, who will be replaced by Mr G. H. LigiJtfoot, inspector at Thcaru. The vacancy a: Timani will be filled by the transfer --»f 3lr A. Donald, inspector at Wellington, whose place will be occupied by iho transfer of Mr »»•.
