ESPIONAGE.
AN ARREST IN ENGLAND. ("Times'* and "Sydney Sun" Scrvioea.. LONDON, Juno 2. Samuel'Maddick, an electrical fitter at the Portsmouth dockyard,' has been charged with espionage. a detective said that when arrested accused admitted that he was shortly going to Ostend to meet an agent of a foreign Power, but denied that ho possessed any secret information.
