THE MAITAI DELAYED AT BLUFF.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TEI.EGKAM.) INVERCARGILL, Juno 2. After an exceptionally fmo summer and autumn. Southland is having its first taste of winter, and tho weather to-night is boisterous, wot and cold. A report frora Bluff to-night states that the Maitai, ou her way to Melbourne via Hobart, is still at __o wharf, being unable to clear tho port on account of a very heavy gulo which sprang up, this afternoon. Unless there is a decided lull tho vessel will bo unable to sail to-night.
