MR LARKIN TO VISIT NEW ZEAI_\ND. (rl*_Sg ASSOCIATION TKLEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, Juno 2. Mr V. H l .-Hickey, secretary of the United Federation of Labour, has received advice from Mr James Larkin, the Irish Labour leader, that he expects to arrivo in New Zealand in September next on a lecturing tour, organised for propaganda purposes, and for tho purpose of raising funds to extend co-operative labour activities in Duoiin.
