MELBOURNE, Juho 1. It is feared that tho passengers lost in tho disaster include, Mr Gabriel Marks, of the firm of H. Marks and Company, and his Wife, who were touring tho World. It is also thought that tho Empress of Ireland'- passengers included tho father, mother, and brother of Colonel Macmillan, of tho Salvation Army Training College, Melbourne. They had announced their intention of travelling to tho London Conference with the Canadian delegate.. According to advices received at tha Army headquarters, tho Salvationist death roll te 130. A cablo from General Br_mw.ll Booth states that he has sent Commissioner McKie to stand by th© Canadian forces, to whom ho pays a high tribute for their bravery.
