Sumner defeated North Canterbury, on the North Park, by G points to 3. For the winners, Senior scored a try and N\ Vernall kicked a penalty goal. Trustrum scored for the losers. Mr L. Solwood refereed.
Sydenham defeated High School, on the* North Park, by 11 points to nil. For tho winners Tonkin, Fairbairn,.and Cuddon scored tries, and Findlay converted one. Mr R. W. Britten refereed. \ Marists defeated Old Boys by 45 points to nil. For the winners, Sloan (2), Lilly (2). McDonald (2), T. Sullivan (l).*Evans (1). Bowen (I). W. Sullivan (l)..and Kennedy (1) scored tries; Bowen converted three, Brosnan one, Sullivan one, and Lilly one. Mr W. Brittan refereed.
"Playing on the North Park, Linwood defeated Kaiapoi by lo points to 6. For Linwood, Round (2) and Johnston scored tries. Round converted ono, and Hurdley drop-kicked a goal. Hoskin and Keatley scored for Kaiapoi.
