Boys' High School easily defeated Sydenham, at Sydenham Park, by 30 points to S. For the winners, Milliken <3i. Tench (2), Parker (-), bheppard. Guiney. and Milne one each, Guinev, Tench and Geddes converted one each. Mr J. Mercer refereed. Old Boys defeated Belfast by 3 points to nil. ' For the winners W. e>mith scored a try. Marist Brothers defeated Kaiapoi by 11 points to 3. Elliott. Healey, and O'Malley scored for the winners, and Brosnau converted one. W. A\ rou scored a try for the losers. Playing on tho South Park, Alb'oo defeated 'Varsity by 3 points to nil. Mr H. Seward refereed'.
Merivale A defeated Merivale B by IS points to nil. For the winners, F. Baillio Wilcox, and I>onaldson scored tries, Marriott converting o"" and Whitfield potted a goal. Mr T. Bond refceod.
Playing on the College ground, Linwood defeated Christ's College by 13 points to 8. Mr J. S. Ellis refereed.
