Tho "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent states that the German nowspapers aro discussing a report that an Anglo-Russian naval agreement exist*. Professor Schiemaitn. confidential adviser to tho Kaiser, writing in tho "Kreuz Zcitung," pleads for a definite official utterance as to I whether it is true that an Anglo-Franco-Russian naval convention exists concerning both tho Mediterranean and tho Baltic.
