ENQUIRY IN GERMANY.

Ever since the Moroccan crisis, therehas been perpetual discussion on tho possibility of making systematic and economic preparations for war.
A meeting of the Permanent Committee which, advises tho Government on commercial subjects discussed the question under the presidency of the Minister of the Interior.
It was decided that the Committee shoidd tako charge of tho problem.
