Mr J. Butler's house at Waiau was broken into early this week, and a quantity of liis persona/ effects stoleu.
On Thursday afternoon the president of tho Anivrri A. and P. Association (Mr K. Pettierow) and the chairman of the school committeo (Mr O. Oldman) presented to tho children tho prizes won by them at tho Amuri A. and P. Show.
From the wintry conditions of last wcok, the weather lias changed to very frosty nights, with beautifully finedays.
