The Rev. and Mrs W. A. Sinclair _ cntertaiued about two hundred of the young men and young women' of Wesley Church, Bast Belt, on Thursday evening in tho schoolroom. The anniversary festival in connexion with the St. -Albans Methodist Church was concluded on Thursday evening by a social gathering. The Mayor (Mr H.-Holland) presided over a .large' attendance. The trust secretary (Mr W. Haigh) read the annual report, and addresses were delivered by the chairman, the Rev. P. Knight, and the* local minister (the Rcvl H.E. BellhoMe). Musical items were contributed by the choir-and the following ladies and gentlemen:—Misses' B. Partridgo and FJ Gulliver, and Messrs E. Harrison and' L. Flavell, tho accompanists being Misses E.
