HOKITTKA, May 20. Mr L. M. Isitt, M.P.. addressed a public meeting hero to-night. The .weather was unfavourable, and tho Princess Theatre held a small attendance. Mr Isitt, who was subjected to frequent interruptions, .spoke on the samo line* as in his previous addresses h. other parts of the Dominion. At tho conclusion of the address a vote of thanks to the speaker and continued confidence in Sir Joseph "Ward as Leader of tho Liberal Party was carried. An amendment was not seconded. Cheers wero given for Mr isitt, Sir Joseph Ward, and Mr Massey.
