SYDENHAM PICTURES.
There vas a large gatnering of tpectators at the Sydenham Theatre last night, when the change of programme was presented. The "star" film "entitled "In Mid-Atlantic," and was founded on the heroic pjeriormance of ;i famotis dancer in calming the fears of a crowded trans-Atlantic liner when an outbreak of fire was discovered. The actress who takes tho leading part jS Mdllo. Robbino, who has made fcuch n name for herself in quite a number of Pathe masterpieces. Her performance in "The King of tho Air." which was shown here comparatively recently, will be remembered. The supporting films were; "Tho I'atho Gazette," containing items 'of tho l;itest interest; "The Liverpool Grand National Steeplechase" shows econes of this great race, run over a four and a half milo course; "Langonste Fishing ' (iiitero-st). "The Little Indian 3!oriei" (a touching drama), and an Edison comic. ''The Girl and the Middy."
