NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
An exhibit of a working model demonstrating-CoweU and McCanghah's patent automatic train stop system will be on view at Messrs Kaye and Carter's building from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 to 4.30 p.m. each day this week. A meeting of delegates from all Christchurch debating clubs to consider the inauguration- of debating clubs' competitions will be "held in the V.M.C.A. at 8 p.m. to-morroV. Mrs Nalder will speak on the work of the Kamabai Mukti Mission at the Church of Christ ? Moorhouse avenue, at 7.30 this evening. . .
