King William's former medical advisor declares that- the crisis was the outcome of a quarrel between Essad Pasha and Major Schleuss, tho commandant at Durazzo.
The King, under tho Austrian Minister's threat- to withdraw tho Austrian warship, supported Major Schleuss, .Essad Pasha consenting to withdraw upon receipt of a largo cheque.
The insurgents have released their prisoners, and everything is quiet.
