A special meeting of the Upper Orar' River Board was held in Tomuka yes terday afternoon. Present: Messrs TV G. Aspraall (chairmaa), W. Mason. W F. Evans, P. Coira. D. Grant, A. Frew K. McKenzio, and. the clerk (J. TV Joynt). Mr F. J.
