The Grand National Steeplechase ami Winter Cup hav e each had 100 soys added to their value, the former raco now being worth 1500 soys and the latter 700 soys. The Grand National Hurdle Race has been raised 200 sove in value, and its stake is now 1200 soys. A new condition has been attached to tho Grand National Steeplechase, providing that no horse shall be handicapped or penalised to carry 12st 71b.
