I believe that no decision has actually been come to as to whether or not a Bill will bo intreduced during tlio coming session with this object in view. The Prime Minister has already stated that there will be an Eloc.toral Bill, and such a Bill is before Cabinet, hut the nature of ite contents canno* bo divulged in the meantime.
