LITTLE RIVER.

The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Little River Town Hall Co. was held in the Town Hall on Saturday The retiring directors were Messrs Jas. Joblin, W. r\ Parkinson, and F. Stanbury. Mr Jas. Joblin was re-elected, and "Messrs Kobert Wright and John Reed appointed. There being sufficient funds, it was resolved that the whole of-the remaining debt (£46". bo wiped out.
