MOVEMENTS OF MINISTERS.
The Prim? Minister (the Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey.. was expected to arrivo from Wollington yesterday, but at the last- moment he found it necessary to postpone his departure from Wellington till this evening. Mr Masscy will arrive to-morrow morning, and go .traight ou to Duuediu. Advice- was received from the Hon. F. M. B. Fisher (Minister of Customs and Marine) on Saturday, that owing to important public bu*>iue_s requiring his attention in Wellington, he wouid be unable to speak at New Brighton on Wednesday evening. The Hon. James Allen, Minister of Finance., leaves Wellington to-night fertile South.
