Tho hills havo also got a heavy, coating. This change in tbo weather is almost sure to be succeeded by sharp frosts. Tho weather during the last few days has been good, plenty, of sunshine during the day and frost at night. Farmers are complaining that the frosts are cutting down tbe grass, and feed is getting scarce on several farms in tho district.
