Tho "Daily Telegraph's" Simla correspondent says that there is great anxiety in official circles concerning the voyage of an emigrant ship with Hindus to British Columbia. . Tho action is regarded as a deliberate challenge to Canada, the intention being to force the issue of Asiatic immigration to the front, and it is severely criticised.
